Job Title: Expert Consultant for Client Services

Job Type: Part-time, 3 days per week

Contract Length: 6 months

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Consultant to join our Client Services team at InterQuest Group. As a Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients with their business transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a clear and comprehensive change management and communication strategy to support the evolution of our clients' people services.
  • Partner with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and provide expert direction on change requirements to successfully complete the people services transition plan and realize the benefits of the new Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) contract.
  • Assess any changes to our core hire-to-retire processes and moments that matter, and define the change management plan.
  • Provide expert support for outsourcing activities.
  • Work predominantly remotely, with occasional travel to London for business-critical meetings.
