Care Services Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Care Services Manager to oversee our short stay service catering to adults with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, autism, and challenging behaviors. The ideal candidate will have significant supervisory experience in social care, excellent team management skills, and proficiency in liaising with external stakeholders.

**About Our Client:**

Our client operates a short stay service providing a nurturing environment for individuals to receive the support they need. Their goal is to offer a safe and supportive space for adults dealing with various challenges.

**Role Overview:**

As a Care Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the short stay service, managing a team of staff, and ensuring the highest level of care for our clients. You will work closely with external stakeholders to provide a comprehensive support system.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and manage a team of staff to ensure the highest level of care for clients
* Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of clients
* Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive support system
* Conduct thorough staff inductions to ensure staff are equipped to provide high-quality care
* Possess a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle

**Requirements:**

* Demonstrable supervisory experience in the social care sector
* Proven track record of managing staff teams effectively
* Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with external stakeholders

**Salary:**

£32,650 per annum
