We are seeking a Netsuite Implementation Specialist to join our Finance Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the Finance team gets the best out of the technologies they employ to do their job. NetSuite is our core Finance system, and it is supplemented by additional applications focused on specific tasks performed or managed by the Finance team.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Complete implementation activities for identified improvements to our use of NetSuite and supporting applications, including understanding requirements, designing and building solutions, testing, and training end-users.
  2. Provide guidance on the best use of NetSuite functionality within Deliveroo.
  3. Be a source of knowledge for the BAU Support team when they require assistance dealing with unusual or complex issues.
  4. Ensure Deliveroo understands and where relevant, makes use of the new functionality delivered in NetSuite's twice yearly product releases.
  5. Work with technical and integration teams to design, test, and train on complex solutions.


The ideal candidate will have:
  • NetSuite consulting/implementation experience.
  • Business analysis experience, including the production of process documentation and capturing requirements.
  • Experience with coordinating testing, including drafting test cases and scenarios.
  • Support experience for Finance and non-Finance end-users.
  • Finance and accounting experience and an understanding of Finance processes.
  • Understanding of IT projects and the project lifecycle.
