Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Isolation Coordinator to join our team at Tarmac Trading Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring contractor isolations meet business standards and driving value in other areas.

This is a new role that has been developed to bring a fresh perspective to our operations. As an Isolation Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our site.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety and a proven track record of driving improvement initiatives. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure all contractor isolations meet business standards and are compliant with safety regulations
  • Develop and implement effective isolation procedures to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and drive improvement initiatives
  • Manage and maintain isolation equipment and stock levels
  • Provide training and support to contractors and site personnel on isolation procedures
Requirements
  • Essential: IT literate, particularly SAP and Microsoft Office applications
  • Desirable: NEBOSH and/or IOSH Managing Safely certification
  • Strong knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental standards
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
