Are you an experienced Maintenance Electrician looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and collaborative individual to join our team in Manchester.

Randstad Construction & Property are working with a National Facilities Management company to find a talented Maintenance Electrician to carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical plant, and equipment
  • Work efficiently and effectively, complying with the company's Health and Safety policy
  • Undertake regular planned visits and complete PPM tasks and minor repairs
  • Conduct electrical testing, including emergency lighting and fire alarm systems

Requirements:

  • Formal apprenticeship and trade qualifications in electrical engineering
  • City & Guilds or equivalent in electrical installations
  • 18th Edition IEE Wire & Regulations
  • Experience in FM or building maintenance
