About The Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Sous Chef to lead our culinary team at Butlin's in Skegness. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll have the opportunity to develop the skills of your colleagues and contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

We're seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual with experience in a similar level role. You'll need to be hardworking, determined, and able to lead a team to consistently deliver high standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage kitchen teams to achieve exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
2. Develop and implement new menu ideas and cooking techniques to enhance the guest experience.
3. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Monitor and control costs, including food, labor, and inventory management.
5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
