The Frasers Group Elevation Programme is designed to fast-track exceptional individuals to peak performance within two years through exposure to our fast-paced and unique Commercial Department.
You'll experience the impact of your decisions on customers and see how our products get from factory to shop-floor. Our mission is to build the world's most admired and compelling brand ecosystem, and our purpose is to elevate the lives of many with access to the world's best brands and experiences. The programme will give you exposure to activities such as making decisions on product pricing, identifying customer trends, analysing product performance, and seeking efficiencies that drive commercial benefits across own brands and fascia.
In year one of the programme, you will be assigned to several factories who supply our products. You will have ownership of managing the products from start to finish, including design and development, forecasting, amendments, pricing, logistics, quality control, and category optimisation. A factory visits our Shirebrook HQ every week to analyse their product and its performance, so you will have the chance to build relationships and manage suppliers in person.
You'll spend time overseeing the commercial performance of our products throughout their lifecycle. You'll develop skills in recognising customer trends, building partnerships with our sourcing network, negotiating with suppliers, analysing commercial performance, and more. This is a unique opportunity to deliver tangible product performance for the UK's biggest sports retailer.
In year two of the programme, you will have the chance to specialise within a particular area, such as Flannels or Frasers. You'll gain valuable skills and knowledge across effective communication, insights and presentation skills, management essentials, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness. The Elevation programme is designed to help you live and breathe our principles, including thinking without limits, owning it, being relevant, and being the next champion of commercial retail.
