As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy for Southern Europe, covering retail and e-commerce channels.

Your focus will be on creating engaging consumer experiences, driving sales, and expanding our market presence. You will lead a talented team of 8 individuals, including 3 direct reports, and collaborate closely with our Director of Marketing - Southern Europe, Head of PR, Head of VM/Store Design, Commercial, and EMEA teams.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in marketing, preferably within the beauty or retail sector, at a similar level
  • Proven experience in devising and implementing strategic plans with creative flair
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a talent for inspiring and coaching teams
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Demonstrable experience in planning and buying media, as well as digital and online marketing skills
  • The ability to travel across EU as required
