Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of AI algorithms, focusing on AI/ML techniques and Large Language Models to advance drug discovery.
- Build machine learning models, advocate for good coding practices, and ensure proper testing for high-quality results.
- Collaborate with bioinformaticians, biologists, chemists, and analysts to explore and develop AI/ML tools for data analysis.
- A MSc or PhD level in a STEM subject.
- Proven knowledge of the implementation of Machine Learning models/LLM Models.
- MLOPs/DevOps experience in CI/CD.
- Experience using Tensorflow, Kubernetes, MLFlow, Kafka, and Airflow.
- Proficiency in Python, with experience using AWS and Spark.
- Excellent communication skills and team engagement.
- Expertise in large-scale computation.
- Experience in a research environment.
- Experience in LLMs/(Langchain).
- Interest in Drug Discovery/Pharma space.
- A competitive salary up to £125,000.
