**Job Description:** Defence Industry Training Expert

Atlas Recruitment Group Ltd. is seeking a skilled Defence Industry Training Expert to develop and deliver high-quality training programmes for our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and a proven track record in training and assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To design and deliver comprehensive training programmes for defence industry professionals.
  • To conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to trainees.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in a related field, with a focus on defence industry training.
  • A recognised qualification in teaching or training, such as City & Guilds Part 3/NVQ L3 or Apprenticeship in Engineering Maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits: The estimated annual salary for this role is £36,000, with additional benefits including a pension scheme and enhanced leave allowance.
