  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Discuss technical options with Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers
  • • Contribute to technical specifications
  • • Maintain high standards of coding and testing practices
  • • Evaluate external tools and provide recommendations
  • • Configure and maintain systems on development and production servers
  • • Assist with testing and implementation of SharePoint and CRM updates and upgrades
  • • Troubleshoot environment problems
  • • Create lifecycle documentation to support service and system deployment
  • • Maintain knowledge of the development platform and infrastructure
