Pet Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Exceed customer expectations daily, ensuring the highest standard of pet care and operational standards.
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Passionate about delivering great service.
- Flexible, able to work a variety of shifts across 7 days a week.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing environment is ideal.
- Able to work in a target-driven environment.
You will receive comprehensive training covering key aspects of the role, including handling and caring for pets, customer service, and health and safety.
Benefits- An estimated salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on location).
- A discretionary annual bonus scheme.
- At least 28 days paid annual leave, rising to 33 days after 2 years.
