**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Family Therapist to join our team in a leading provider of specialist treatment in mental health. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in family therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with children and adolescents.

**About the Role:**

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to work as a member of our multi-disciplinary team providing assessments and interventions for young people and their families who have been referred to Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Working within the standards set out by CQC, QNIC, and other regulators
  • Providing excellent standards of evidence-based practice
  • Regularly reviewing and monitoring outcomes of assessments and the effects of treatment in line with goal-based outcomes
  • Active participation in service developments, including the use of service user feedback and in-house training
  • Contributing to the development of care pathways and other treatment protocols
  • To provide specialist supervision, training, and consultation to colleagues through formulation groups and reflective practice

**Salary:** £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience
