This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join ScottishPower as an Asset Management Project Lead in Blantyre, Scotland.

The successful candidate will lead the Raised Lateral Mains (RLM) Team, driving excellence in customer service, safety, quality, and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring the RLM Team to achieve outstanding results.
• Analyzing team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
• Managing budgets and monitoring cost information to ensure effective resource allocation.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in team management, leadership, and coaching.
• Expert knowledge of construction and maintenance standards, health and safety regulations, and corporate systems.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, stakeholders, and customers.
