AW Construction Services Ltd is a successful multi-disciplined construction company based in Kent and London, seeking an experienced and committed working site supervisor/manager to join our expanding team, supporting projects in Kent and London.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on a variety of commercial construction projects, managing a small to medium directly employed workforce, and sub-contractors, ensuring quality assurance and good health and safety standards are at the heart of all they do.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client's specifications and requirements are met.
- Liaising with the client, other construction professionals, and sometimes, members of the public.
- Coordinating and supervising construction workers.
- Maintaining quality control procedures.
- Assessing and minimising risk.
The position could be on a self-employed or PAYE basis, with or without a van, with the package adjusted accordingly.
Applicants must hold a valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification and a full UK driving licence.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: £160.00 per day Schedule: Monday to Friday Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required) Work Location: In person.
