About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our client's team. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the overall strategy and direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead and manage the senior team to achieve business objectives
  • Oversee the development and implementation of operational plans
  • Ensure the effective management of resources and budgets
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

About the Company:

Our client is a successful entrepreneur seeking to transition leadership of several B2C businesses in the Lincolnshire area. These ventures range from start-ups to more established operations and include premium alcoholic beverages, organic artisan food products, and a high-end hospitality business.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working for an owner/founder managed business

  • Experience within a highly operational environment
  • Strong financial management skills
  • Multi-disciplinary experience, a varied career is a plus here
  • Previously held full P&L responsibility
  • Strong people manager, coach and mentor
  • Proven track record in driving growth of new product and services
