Key Responsibilities- Record and process day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliations and monthly client invoices.
- Monitor financial transactions and reports, identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist with the preparation of the monthly reporting and Board pack.
- Reconcile invoice discounting facility and accounts receivable, maintaining credit control processes.
- Process accounts payable payments and handle payroll in a timely manner.
- Maintain an organized and streamlined accounting system.
- Provide administrative support to management as needed.
- Protect the organization's value by maintaining confidentiality.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Data entry skills and a knack for numbers.
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- AAT qualified.
345 Technology is a high-performing company with a great team of colleagues who strive to meet our company vision and values. We are based in Winchester and offer a part-time Finance Administrator role, ideally 4 hours per day, with flexibility on working hours.
