Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at 345 Technology. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the financial records of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record and process day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate ledgers.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliations and monthly client invoices.
  • Monitor financial transactions and reports, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assist with the preparation of the monthly reporting and Board pack.
  • Reconcile invoice discounting facility and accounts receivable, maintaining credit control processes.
  • Process accounts payable payments and handle payroll in a timely manner.
  • Maintain an organized and streamlined accounting system.
  • Provide administrative support to management as needed.
  • Protect the organization's value by maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
  • Data entry skills and a knack for numbers.
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.
  • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • AAT qualified.
