About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated teaching assistant to join our team in Croydon. As a Specialist SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working with children and young people with complex needs, providing individualised support and creating a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting students with their academic and therapeutic goals.
  • Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Assisting with classroom activities, such as preparing materials and resources.
Requirements
  • GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above.
  • Previous experience working with children with complex needs.
  • Able to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
