About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at Bracebridge Court. As a Care Assistant, you will provide personal care, companionship, and friendship to our residents while promoting independence in a safe and caring environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to residents
- Assist with daily living tasks and promote independence
- Offer companionship and friendship to residents
- Participate in activities and events to enhance the lives of residents
Requirements:
- No experience necessary as full training will be given
- QCF/NVQ 1 or 2 in Health and Social Care preferred or a willingness to work towards this
