Cardiac Radiographer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Radiographer to join our expanding service in CMR and CTCA within Watford General Hospital, for a fixed term, 12 months contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality cardiac radiographic services to patients and stakeholders.
  • Undertake imaging examinations within the Radiology Department to the required standard.
  • Assist Lead Radiographers in the day-to-day running of the Cardiac MRI and CT scanners, maintaining high standards at all times.
  • Carry out monitoring procedures on equipment in the radiology Department, reporting any faults to the Superintendent Radiographer/Radiology Services Manager.
  • Respond to and investigate reports of malfunction of the CT and MRI apparatus, accessories, office equipment or computer system.
