Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and organized Clinical Support Worker to join our team at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. As a Clinical Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care and experiences.

In this role, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide administrative and clinical support services. You will be responsible for assisting with patient care, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a safe and supportive environment.

As a Clinical Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative and clinical support services to healthcare professionals and patients.
  • To assist with patient care, including vital sign checks, medication administration, and personal care.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection policies.
  • To contribute to a safe and supportive environment, promoting dignity and respect for patients and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Care Certificate or equivalent qualification in healthcare.
  • Fully paid annual leave entitlement of 22 days plus bank holidays per year.
  • A competitive salary of approximately £21,200 - £28,800 per annum, depending on experience.
