The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Junior Asset Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance asset value and maximize returns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with new lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenant negotiations;
  • Ensuring the accuracy of tenancy data from onboarding to lease expiry;
  • Managing third-party providers, including agents, solicitors, property managers, and building surveyors.

This role presents an opportunity to work as part of an experienced team, enabling the appointed Junior Asset Manager to further develop their career.
