About the Role

You will be responsible for attending annual service visits and complex breakdowns, representing British Gas in the customer's home. With plenty of support from our managers, mentors, and engineer colleagues, you'll have the chance to work with a diverse range of boilers and central heating systems.

  • A natural focus on providing outstanding customer experience on every visit
  • Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1) or equivalent in plumbing or heating
  • 3 years qualified experience of fault finding and diagnosis
  • Electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan and combination systems and boilers
