About the Job:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team at Future Engineering. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services to our clients across various locations in Bournemouth.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of electrical equipment and have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service. You will also need to demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance checks and diagnosing faults on electrical equipment.\
  • Performing repairs and maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.\
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to queries, and addressing any concerns promptly.\
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.\
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting results to management.\
  • Fully utilizing all available tools and resources to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.\
  • Prioritizing tasks efficiently to meet tight deadlines and manage competing demands.\\/ul\[p]\
