About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Reception and Dispensary Assistant. As a key member of our front desk team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our patients and support the dispensing team in the preparation and distribution of medications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a high-quality reception service to patients, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing patient records.
  • Support the dispensing team in the preparation and distribution of medications, including counting and labeling prescriptions.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient service, including participating in training and development opportunities.
  • Develop excellent customer care skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.

Person Specification
