Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at Brakes' Bicester depot. As a key member of our supply chain, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of ambient, chilled, and frozen food items.

About the Role

In this dynamic position, you will work closely with our logistics team to pick, pack, and check stock levels, maintaining high standards of quality control. You will also have opportunities to develop your skills through accredited training programs, including forklift operation, first aid, and HGV driving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Picking, packing, and checking stock levels to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Operating powered equipment safely and effectively
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team objectives and goals
