Conveyancing Trainer Opportunity

Clear IT Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Trainer to join their training department in Cardiff. As a Conveyancing Trainer, you will play a key role in developing and nurturing future talent for the conveyancing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions on all aspects of conveyancing, ensuring continuous skill enhancement and career progression.
  • Identify training needs across the organization and develop tailored training solutions.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements to maintain the highest standards.
  • Provide on-the-job training, case management system tutorials, and mentorship to the Training Team and all staff members.
  • Brief and guide groups of lawyers on company policies, legal updates, and best practices.
  • Assist in the seamless onboarding of new team members, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.

Requirements
  • Regulation: Regulated by the SRA, CLC, or CILEx (desirable but not essential).
