Accounts Administrator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team in Dorking. As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the purchase ledger and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage stock and non-stock invoices
  • Manage accounts payable inbox and respond to suppliers as required
  • Process payments on the tracker and prepare supplier payment runs
  • Reconcile supplier statements and process employee expenses on web expenses
  • Prepare employee expenses payment run and process invoices approved by the Accountant
  • Process monthly credit card transactions and reconcile to statement
  • Reconcile daily cash/card collections to system reports and bank receipts
Requirements:
  • Must be numerate and have excellent attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to commit to a 3-month contract
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate of GBP11.44-GBP13.00 depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
  • Opportunity to work up to Christmas and possibly beyond
