This fast-growing, highly successful, and forward-moving chartered firm of accountants is planning for the future development of the company and team. The Directors are looking for a key managerial addition to work closely with them as key support and there is a genuine opportunity to carve a long-term, pivotal position within this expanding firm and become an integral part of the firm's future success and development with the associated progression on offer.
Job Description
As a Manager based in the firm's offices, you will undertake a role focused on reviewing, developing client relationships, and managing and developing a growing, experienced hands-on team around you, playing a lead role across all these areas. Alongside this, you will work on wider advisory/business services, delivering wider project work with the Directors, and you will carve an influential key role within this firm, progressing as a pivotal addition to this growing accounting firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and develop client relationships to drive business growth and retention.
- Manage and develop a growing team of experienced accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Work closely with the Directors to deliver wider advisory/business services, including project work and business development initiatives.
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Proven career background and strength within accounts/tax and general accountancy practice service delivery to wide-ranging sole trade, partnership, and limited company clients.
- Experience working in an accountancy practice firm environment.
