Job Summary

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and driving sales growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced retail professional to join a dynamic and purpose-driven brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of Finisterre's retail strategy, working closely with the wider team to achieve business objectives.
    • Take additional responsibilities as required, including covering other stores, acting as a training store, and supporting new store launches and projects.
  • Customer Experience
    • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive and engaging experience in our stores.
    • Lead the store team to achieve customer service targets, ensuring a high level of engagement and commercial awareness.
  • Commercial
    • Take ownership of the store P&L, working closely with the regional manager to achieve sales targets and manage costs.
    • Implement commercial changes to drive sales growth, working closely with the merchandising team to ensure stock levels are optimized.
  • Operations
    • Manage the store's day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, store standards, and staff management are achieved.
    • Optimize conversion rates through effective visual merchandising and presentation of the store.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior retail role, preferably in a similar brand or sector.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive sales growth.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
