As a key member of our retail team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Job Summary
The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and driving sales growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced retail professional to join a dynamic and purpose-driven brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Finisterre's retail strategy, working closely with the wider team to achieve business objectives.
- Take additional responsibilities as required, including covering other stores, acting as a training store, and supporting new store launches and projects.
- Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive and engaging experience in our stores.
- Lead the store team to achieve customer service targets, ensuring a high level of engagement and commercial awareness.
- Commercial
- Take ownership of the store P&L, working closely with the regional manager to achieve sales targets and manage costs.
- Implement commercial changes to drive sales growth, working closely with the merchandising team to ensure stock levels are optimized.
- Operations
- Manage the store's day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, store standards, and staff management are achieved.
- Optimize conversion rates through effective visual merchandising and presentation of the store.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior retail role, preferably in a similar brand or sector.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive sales growth.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
