Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Construction Compliance Specialist to join our team at We Recruit Group Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting site audits, reviewing pre-construction information, and ensuring that RAMS are in place. As a Construction Compliance Specialist, you will be working closely with our clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure compliance on construction projects. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe working environment for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver various H&S services to ensure compliance on construction projects.
  • Ensure that pre-construction information is readily available for each project and is kept up to date.
  • Carry out site audits and inspections on a range of property & construction projects across the West Midlands.
  • Further build and develop existing client relationships and develop new ones.

Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
  • Membership to IOSH, APS, IIRSM, or similar professional body (desirable).
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Estimated Salary: £37,500 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
