About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in both electrical and mechanical systems, with a proven track record in factory maintenance. You will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Carry out routine maintenance and promptly respond to equipment faults.
  • Identify root causes of breakdowns and perform necessary repairs on various equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Control maintenance tools, equipment, and stores, and monitor maintenance costs.
  • Manage supply stocks and oversee waste disposal processes.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical drawings, single and three-phase systems, and machinery operations.
  • Proficiency in using manual machinery to produce custom parts for equipment improvements, including lathe, turret mill, MIG welder, and pedestal drill.
  • A deep foundation in mechanical engineering coupled with strong electrical skills.
  • A solid track record in factory maintenance is essential.
