Job Title: Product Development Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Product Development Engineer to join our team at Yorkshire Water.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing new products and processes that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new products and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with business objectives
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs
  • Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in product development or a related field
  • Strong understanding of design principles and engineering practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of £31,264 to £39,080 per annum, dependent on experience. Additionally, you will receive a company van, annual bonus, attractive pension scheme (up to 12% company contribution), life assurance cover of 4 times pensionable salary, and 25 days annual leave.
