Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and deliver goods to customers across various locations, ensuring timely and safe delivery.
  • Load and unload goods, handling items with care and attention to detail.
  • Follow delivery routes and time schedules accurately, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Maintain the delivery vehicle in good working condition, adhering to company standards.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Complete delivery records and paperwork accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Adhere to road safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driver's license (Category B or higher).
  • Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and customer service abilities, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle and lift heavy items, with a strong physical presence.
