Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Business Unit Heads to develop and implement effective people plans, ensuring operational and financial goals are met.
  • Provide professional HR support and advice to managers and team members, focusing on organizational and individual change management.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and HR colleagues to design and deliver high-quality people programs, policies, processes, and systems.
  • Manage employee relations cases, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts.
  • Maintain and evaluate accurate people data and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Business Partnering role within Financial Services, with a strong understanding of industry regulations.
