Job Title: Payroll Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Officer to join our team at Hightown Housing Association. As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class payroll service to our employees, ensuring accurate and timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Input payroll data accurately and promptly into our payroll software
* Manage the payroll provider RSM to ensure seamless service delivery
* Collaborate with the Payroll team to deliver a first-class payroll service
* Extract and submit payroll information required for pensions automatic enrolment
* Deliver payment data requirements for Real Time Information (RTI) to HMRC

Requirements:

* Experience of working in a payroll and/or process-driven customer service environment
* Good general knowledge of IT, particularly Microsoft Office packages
* Knowledge of national government legislation, regulations, or guidelines relating to payment of employees via payroll
* Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
