We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at NOVUS Recruitment. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for driving positive change across our fast-paced food manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities- Identify step changes required in the operation to enable it to go from good to great and develop project plans to achieve this.
- Evaluate data to identify opportunities for improvement across the manufacturing unit and facilitate team performance.
- Work closely with the Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain Management teams to develop and enhance more efficient processes.
- Implement cross-functional teams to ensure engagement in the change process across all factory teams.
- Ensure key impact areas are highlighted, and resources are engaged in these areas to drive change.
- Be seen as the expert and go-to person on all CI and process improvement projects.
- Process map the site to enable further efficiencies to be unlocked within current parameters.
- Continuous Improvement background or Factory Management with a keen interest in CI in the food industry or FMCG.
- Detailed understanding of manufacturing KPIs and customer expectations in target-driven environments.
- Team-focused with proven successes in collaborative cultures.
- Project management skills with the ability to work in fast-paced production facilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to drive your own agenda and reprioritize effectively.
- Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate at all levels.
