Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team and work with a client in Northern Ireland. As an agency RMN, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals facing mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to identify the needs and goals of individuals receiving care.
- Develop and Implement Individualized Care Plans: Create and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each individual.
- Administer Medications: Safely administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Offer Therapeutic Interventions: Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support individuals in achieving their goals.
Requirements:
- NMC Registration: Must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) with a minimum of 6 months' validity.
- MAPA Training: Completion of MAPA (Management of Actual or Potential Aggression) training is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 months of post-qualification experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse is necessary.
- Framework Compliance: Ability to fulfill our framework compliance requirements, including DBS, Occupational Health, Clinical References, and an updated CV.
- Right to Work: Proof of the right to work within the UK is required.
