Job Summary

We are seeking a Food Production Supervisor to join our team at Wells & Co. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supervising food production, maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise food production to ensure high-quality dishes are produced efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Assist the Head Chef in controlling stock levels, managing costs, and identifying opportunities to maximize profitability

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months' experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 28 days' holiday, company pension scheme, and free food on shift.
