Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at a leading lifestyle retailer. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales and revenue growth through effective stock management and merchandising.
- Lead a team of sales assistants and part-time sales supervisors to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Complete daily and weekly trade reports to provide feedback to the head office team.
- Train and develop store team members to improve sales and customer service skills.
- Maintain brand standards and ensure a high-quality shopping experience for customers.
- Support the delivery of company initiatives and contribute to the growth and development of the business.
- Previous retail experience of at least 1 year, with a proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service and committed to the development of the brand and its people.
