About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-Business Manager to join our team at Tesco, a leading online retailer. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the onsite trade plan and customer journey for Marketplace, driving revenue growth and improving customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the development and implementation of the onsite trade plan and customer journey for Marketplace
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive aligned customer content journeys across Web and App
  • Making data-led decisions to optimise trading content from clicks to conversion
  • Daily and weekly review of content performance and communication to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of online trading and customer influencing
  • Experience with Adobe Omniture SiteCatalyst and CMS platforms
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
