Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with product selection, providing them with expert advice and guidance.
  • Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain store visual presentation, stock levels, and ensure a clean environment.
  • Support stock replenishment, inventory checks, and other tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Friendly, approachable attitude, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Basic IT skills for till and stock management systems.
