About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at WHSmith. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and working independently or as part of a team to achieve our store standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional customer service experience to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Carry out stock replenishment and maintain a tidy and inviting store environment, ensuring all areas are well-presented and easy to navigate.
  • Meet high standards of display and visual merchandising, helping customers find what they're looking for easily.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve our goals and objectives.
