Maintenance Planner for Defence Infrastructure

About the Role:
Ventia is seeking an experienced ADF Unit Maintenance Planner to join our team at RAAF Base Edinburgh. This role will be embedded within a Defence unit/s to ensure seamless execution of efficient and effective planning, resource allocation, work order administration, procurement and monitoring of parts, and performance reporting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Planning Australian Defence Force (ADF) network maintenance activities and programmed maintenance activities and operational programs.
- Liaising with our Defence client to schedule weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance planning.
- Performing regular process audits and developing analysis.
About You:
We are looking for someone with previous experience in planning and scheduling mechanical maintenance activities within a complex industrial environment. You should also have a trade or tertiary qualification in a mechanical or engineering field, as well as experience in the use of Microsoft Office 365 applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
