We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at OCU Group, a leading utility engineering contractor in the UK. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering customer-focused civil engineering solutions to our clients in the water and wastewater sector.

• Prepare tenders for clients and commercial bids to secure new business opportunities.
• Develop and present project proposals to stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, site managers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure construction projects meet agreed technical standards.
• Liaise with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams, and client representatives.
• Oversee final accounts at the end of a project.
• Work on-site and in an office environment.

• Degree or HND qualified in Construction or Project Management.
• Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• Existing experience of managing Water and Wastewater projects.
• Understanding of the construction/utilities/water industry.
• Understanding of legal documentation.
• Business management skills.
• Knowledge of water industry standards, regulations, and best practices in the UK.
• Driving License: Essential.
