As a key member of our Axon team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our shipping processes. Your expertise in logistics and attention to detail will directly contribute to enhanced productivity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize software to track, check, prioritize, and route orders with precision and accuracy.
  • Direct the flow of packages from preparation to shipment, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
  • Verify orders picked to ensure quantities and items are correct, maintaining the highest level of quality control.
  • Ensure all required documentation is properly affixed to shipments, including packing slips and bills of lading.
  • Inspect label, barcodes, and other features of completed orders to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate outbound shipments for pick-up with FedEx or freight carriers as assigned, ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Monitor and resolve issues regarding shipped orders, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies, including Dangerous Goods experience.
  • Report to management on activities and issues, providing valuable insights for process improvement.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to company standards.
Requirements
  • Previous shipping experience, with a strong understanding of logistics procedures.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on quality control and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Able to lift 45 pounds and operate a forklift safely, with a strong physical presence.
