About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Engineer for Buildings to join our team as a Senior Design Manager. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers to deliver buildings designs that meet client expectations. Your strong technical skills and experience in managing projects will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a team of engineers to review consultants' work and ensure it meets client needs.
  2. Collaborate with the project manager to manage schedule, cost, and quality.
  3. Provide expert advice on design guidance and review overall design packages.
  4. Develop and implement effective project implementation plans.
  5. Ensure compliance with clients' Business Management System and Technical Manual.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in designing and constructing industrial buildings with multifunctionality.
  • Familiarity with high-hazard facilities in the nuclear sector or hospitals is beneficial.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering is mandatory.
  • Chartered Architect or Engineer registration is preferred.
