About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Ramsay Health Care Clinical. As a key member of our Theatre team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our theatre services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working as part of our Theatre team to provide efficient and individualized patient care
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to ensure the best possible clinical outcomes
  • Participating in the development and implementation of theatre services
  • Contributing to the maintenance of a safe and clean theatre environment

Requirements:

  • Registered with the relevant professional body (e.g. NMC or HCPC)
  • Previous experience in scrub, anaesthetics, or recovery (minimum 2 specialisms)
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
  • A passion for delivering excellent patient-focused care
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  • Demonstrated computer skills
