The plant is currently undergoing significant investment and expansion, providing a unique chance for the right candidate to make a real impact. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for undertaking PPM and Reactive maintenance, working closely with the production and hygiene team to ensure seamless machine start-ups and optimal performance.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in fault diagnosis and corrective actions, minimizing machine downtime and improving overall efficiency. You will also be responsible for communicating machine status and performance across shift teams to ensure effective handovers.

To be successful in this position, you will require:

  • A Level 3 Electrical qualification (preferably in a manufacturing environment)
  • Experience with mechanical engineering
  • An engineering or technical background

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a dynamic and growing industry. The salary for this role is estimated to be between £45,500 and £50,200 per annum, including a comprehensive benefits package.
