Job Summary:

The Qatar National Bank is seeking a skilled Commercial Property Administrator to join its team. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing a commercial real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of asset management responsibilities, including lease renewals, tenant relations, financial analysis, and portfolio performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and optimize the commercial real estate portfolio to achieve maximum return on investment.
  2. Assist in overseeing the letting, maintenance, and administration of properties to ensure they are kept in a good and tenantable state of repair.
  3. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
  4. Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  5. Assist customers with queries on Bank's products and seek solutions to their requests.
  6. Maintain activities in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal departments/units to achieve improvements in turnaround time.
  7. Build and maintain strong/effective relationships with related departments/units to achieve the Group's objectives.
  8. Provide timely/accurate data to external/internal Auditors, Compliance, Financial Control and Risk when required.

Requirements:

  1. University graduate preferably with a Major in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology (related field of study).
  2. Minimum of 1 year experience (3 years for Associate level) in a mutual, hedge fund or similar institution with responsibility for managing real estate property portfolios.
  3. Excellent oral and written communication skills (including report writing) in English.
  4. Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  5. Understanding of the relevant laws, regulations, and practices.
  6. Ability to make decisions and follow through with initiatives.
  7. Personal integrity and self-management.
  8. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of management.
  9. Good planning, organizational, administration and management skills.
  10. Experience in working with complex spreadsheets, cash flow models and MS Excel.
